Start up freeze; desktop; tool bar
Hello,
Booting up my PC, the desk top icons appear "stripped" of identifying logos and my internet connection bar {START, Google, MS, etc} fails to display at all, locking me out completely.
This is a NEW problem for me. It is a sometime thing, which occasionally can be corrected by simply unplugging the PC altogether, then trying again. However, this appears to be an uncertain "fix." Help, please!
