hi all, having a sound isue Realtek hd audio just saying no headphones/speakers plugged in i have try to uninstall/reinstall sound drivers
and a system restore diden´t fix the problem, so could it have something to do with my motherboard driver
and when i run the dxdiag, then it cannot see any audio drivers installed.
i have tryed to make a fresh install on my pc and that fix it, for a few weeks and then i got the same problem as before

Sometime the drivers are not correct, so yes a driver update might fix the problem.
Another possible problem is the front panel connector that is connecting to the MOBO. Some panels have 2 types of connectors and if you connect the wrong one, you might sit with this problem, regarless of whether or not you are using the rear connectors!!
Yep make sure your HD FP lead is connected to your mobo audio header.
Make sure you have onboard audio(Azalia) enabled in your bios.
Download and install the latest Realtek drivers for your mobo make and model from the manufacturers website.
