Just going to do a little upgrade. Only thing is cpu, gpu and ddr3. on the cpu I'm going amd but not sure if 955 or 945 and I will not oc. 2nd gpu will be 5770 because 5850 is to much. 3rd can I keep my ddr-2 -800 ram or do I need ddr-3. Please give advice

you can keep your DDR2 RAM if the motherboard is an AM2+ socket, you will need DDR3 for an AM3 motherboard.

You did not state if you plan to upgrade the motherboard also or use your current one.

If you are keeping your old mobo (and it supports ddr-2), you probably cant use ddr-3.
Even if you could, it's not worth it.

sorry yes well have to change mb. What I have now is amd-4800 cpu and ati 2600xt gpu. Will move to windows 7 also.

if you are buying a new motherboard, then go with an AM3 socket. It will last you longer.
