4850 & 4850x2 in crossfire

So you want to crossfire 2 x 4850's AND 2 x 4850x2's?

If so you can't as that would be a total of 6 GPU's and crossfire only goes up to 4 GPU's

BTW why would you want to do that, Just get 1 high end card like a 5850/5870

Get 1 high end card.That will be cheaper and will save you from the hassles of installing multiple GPUs.

And addig a CF 4850x2 ain't a good idea. Its a power hog runs hot and many people complain that the card is noisy while gaming.

4x 4850, yup
1x 4850 + 1x 4850x2, ok
2x 4850 +1x 4850x2, in theory, yes

4 GPU cores max for Quadfire.
