I want to know whether i need any kind of cooling solution for any of my component or not
CPU and GPU are having stock coolers
and i m thinking of replacing them if and only if my temperature
are overheating or reducing life considerably of any component

noise level are not really a problem they are very low cause of my chassis
and cpu fan at full load is annoying only in pindrop silence
and gpu is hearable after 75-80'C which is not very common in my usage

I m not in overclocking that much running everything at default
except memory and has sometimes oced CPU to 3.6ghZ rising only4'C

I am having the following temperature at these different scenarios

Temperature IDLE
CPU:38-40'C
GPU-44'C
Motherboard-32'C

Temperature Gaming(Crysis 2)
CPU-51'C
GPU-65'C
Motherboard-36'C

Temperature at partwise full (Burnout) LOAD
CPU-53-54'C (AMD Over Drive and Hot Cpu tester)
GPU-86'C (FurMark and 3-d MArk 11 Burnout at full settings)
Motherboard-36'C

My configuration is
AMD Phenom 2 x6 1090T
Zotac Nvidia GTX 470
ASUS M4A88TDV-EVO/USB3
Corsair Dominator 6GB RAM(1600MHZ at 8-8-8-24)
1TB seagate 7200rpm
Cooler Master HAF 932
Cooler Master GX 750W
