Windows vista - colour issues

Hello, my mother is running Windows Vista on an e machine PC with Nvidia graphics card - anyway , there is a serious problem with the colours - no reds etc. Can anyone please help?

Hi Multiscreenz, cheers for the reply. I have already tried to unistall / reinstall driver but that made no difference. I will try a different monitor and change the VGA cable and see if that helps.
