Would you be opposed to building the computer from indiviual pieces?

If you have to pick from what you listed, by far the 2nd option.

No but I might just get a gaming computer out right an Asus or Alienware cause really buying part's would be a bit more money then just buying a new computer right? Besides it has to be a laptop.

$800=

i5-750 @ 199.99
GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3L @ 99.99
Any case you like @ ~50.00
Sapphire 5770 @ 159.99
Various good 500W+ PSU's @ 49.99-69.99
1TB HDD @ 89.99
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 @ 109.99

= $760-$780 and a pretty rockin system for that budget

Get for a few more $$'s get a good CPU cooler and OC the pants of the i5! :p
