Which graphic cards are best to get.

I'm looking to buy a new alienware computer so i was wondering if anyone knew what's the best graphic cards to get/use with which processors.

AMD Turion 64 with Dual SLI 256MB (512MB Total) NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS

OR

Intel core 2 Extreme with

All of these computer are $500 and about to $700 and I can afford $800 and yes the computer I'm looking at have these already in them.

No but I might just get a gaming computer out right an Asus or Alienware cause really buying part's would be a bit more money then just buying a new computer right? Besides it has to be a laptop.
