Screen freeze page cannot be displayed

Hello,
ive got screen freeze and a page that i cant get rid ofthis page cannot be displayed ipressed f8 and went into safe mode then admin and did a mcafee scan but still nothing happened im not very pc friendly so please if you can help can you explain with simple language thanks

When in safe mode > Go to control panel > Internet Options.

Delete temporary files, cookies. Then re-boot and see if resolved.
