Pc hangs

my pc hangs whenever i try to play big games like counter strike.
i m using pentium dual core processor.
i think it is the problem with heat sink but i m not sure. plz.. help me out..

Please provide more detailed information so we actually can help you. If you think it is the heatsink, provide use with the CPU temperatures. Provide us with any relevant data.
