1. How do I set up this RAM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231276) in dual channel in the following motherboard ?

1) You follow the directions in the motherboard manual. Typically, to run dual channel you run both sticks in the same color slot (again reference the manual)

2) Based on the G.SKILL site, it is certified for the Pro version, so it should be acceptable with your motherboard. Yes, it is the right type of memory for your board.

I have the same board as you. I have installed G-Skill rip jaws in the Blue slots, which in the manual says is best for overclocking. I'm clocked at 1600mhz @ 7-8-7-24-2T.
