That's a nice list, I'm guessing the "website" you can't access is facebook. Check with your ISP if it's being blocked or whoever runs the network you are on.

I'm also guessing what you linked was the hosts file, why are you using that? It could be what's causing the issue, IP could have changed or something. Use a default hosts file.
