Hello,
Everytime i insert my sd memory card i get an error message saying i need to format it before i can use it, but i am able to us it when i put it back into my phone with no problem please help?

It could be that your computer's card reader is not able to handle the capacity of the card. SD card capacity has been growing steadily and many older readers cannot handle the newer High Capacity or eXtended Capacity media that's out there now.
