Some advice on replacement board for build list!

Right, I have an ATI Radeon 5850 lined up, with Intel i5 750 processor. I looked around and I can't seem to find a current board to finish up the build. I keep running into Gigabyte P55-UD4P but it seems dead. I can't find it at Amazon UK or any other retailer. I'm assuming it's off the line, so could anyone suggest a similar board that's purchasable?

I suppose I better ask, what's the pros and cons between the gigabyte and the asus board here? Using an i5 750 and 5850 Radeon. Personal opinion is fine with an explanation.

When you compare those boards from top manufacturers it is more a matter of personal preference, both boards are quality boards that you can not go wrong with.

They are both good boards but the Gigabyte board does have one con/flaw when compared with the E-PRO.
When and if you ever crossfire on the UD4P it renders the USB3 back to USB 2.0 standard since it shares pcie lanes with gpu.
The E-PRO has a PLX chipset onboard to handle USB 3.0 when crossfire is enabled so the problem doesn't exist.
