Which graphics card is better?

Hey all My graphics card recently died nvidia 8800gt and I've seen 2 cards which I think are best on the market for the price...

There is 2 below but im unsure of which is better seen as there doesnt seem to be much different other than 10pound could anyone enlighten me please.

XFX gives a lifetime warranty on its US products if registered on its website within 30 days of purchase. I couldn't find the warranties on your links, but that account for the price difference.

Ah, I love in the UK anyways So i guess it's a dundeal usual 1 year guarantee?

Get the cheaper one
All performs the same.
I don't think you'll be needing any help with warranty
