You trying to remote into another pc? Just type in the address in windows rdp and sign in with the username and password.

If your talking about something else, perhaps you should be more specific with your question.

Are you trying to connect to the internet via a PPPoE connection from your PC? If the remote device doesn't respond, the problem is likely on the ISP side, not yours.
