ATI doesnot have that.
But wait do you even know what those two things are.
PhysX is only found in some games.
I have played Batman Arkham Asylum
with PhysX and without PhysX.
Trust me you only will notice PhysX when you are playing the game with it.
Otherwise, you won't feel you are missing something
depend on your usage as well. right now not many games using PhysX. so i don't think it will be a deal breaker. ATI does have something similar to CUDA and they called it STREAM. some software support CUDA only and some other using both. but i think there are more software supporting CUDA right now than ATI STREAM. at least for now
