4890 sonds weird

Hello! I have an XFX 4890 OC and everytime i start my computer it sounds very weird and vibrating like hell, sound a little bit like a drill. This sounds is coming when i start the computer, after 5 minutes or something its stops and the card sounds normal again. Does anyone else got this problem?

Fan may be full of dust and other crap, give it a blast with a can of compressed air.
