I would have to chose the G.Skill.
Lower voltage than both and lower latency than the Ballistix, so it may have a little more OC head room.

Sweet, I almost bought one but I ended up getting the Prolimatec Megahalems and 2 Cooler Master Blade Master fans.

My personal favorites are {Corsair, G.SKILL. Mushkin, & Kingston}; in that order for 1366 rigs. Mushkin can be problematic to configure. The 1866 will yield +4-8 FPS extra over the 1600.

No, you won't have any problems they even fit under the CM V10.

What CPU Fan are you thinking about using for your rig? I noticed the Noctua NH-U12P SE2.

CPU Fan:
Corsair H50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
CM V6 GT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
V6 GT Review {load} - http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/cooler_master_v...

120MM Fans:
Scythe S-Flex SFF21G 120mm Case Fan, 75 CFM @ 35 dBA
In general, <30 dBA is considered silent; and any rig I build I use at least 4-Channel fan controller. Extreme systems is prefer Delta fans, but a fan controller is a must with Delta {leaf blowers}. Delta FFB1212EH-F00 120mm Case Fan 150.33 CFM @ 56.4 dBA. The Noctua are indeed good if you can learn to love their color scheme.
