Best ram with either of these motherboards?

Solution
My personal favorites are {Corsair, G.SKILL. Mushkin, & Kingston}; in that order for 1366 rigs. Mushkin can be problematic to configure. The 1866 will yield +4-8 FPS extra over the 1600.

Thats good to hear dirtyjuice :) :) and Jaquith id consider the 190$ sticks of ram but.. their pretty tall.. wont they get obstruct my cpu cooler? I dont really want to dremel it ahah

No, you won't have any problems they even fit under the CM V10.

What CPU Fan are you thinking about using for your rig? I noticed the Noctua NH-U12P SE2.

CPU Fan:
Corsair H50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010&Tpk=Corsair%20H50
CM V6 GT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103089&Tpk=coolermaster%20gt
V6 GT Review {load} - http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/cooler_master_v6gt/4.htm

120MM Fans:
Scythe S-Flex SFF21G 120mm Case Fan, 75 CFM @ 35 dBA
In general, <30 dBA is considered silent; and any rig I build I use at least 4-Channel fan controller. Extreme systems is prefer Delta fans, but a fan controller is a must with Delta {leaf blowers}. Delta FFB1212EH-F00 120mm Case Fan 150.33 CFM @ 56.4 dBA. The Noctua are indeed good if you can learn to love their color scheme.
