Need Help Choosing WC Parts

Given that i have been out of the game for a couple years i am kinda behind on the best WC parts for the money. I will be water cooling the CPU(Plan on OCing), GPU, and Fusion Thermal on the mobo. Please recommend a good water cooling shopping list for me since i would like some help from some people with more experience with water cooling.

Build:
CPU: 3770k
Mobo: Asus Maximus V Formula
GPU: 7970 GHZ Edition
Case: Corsair 800D
WC Budget: 400-600$(Subject to change)
