How do you install the original disk if you don't have it.

Hello,
i DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL DISK FOR THE HP PSC 1410 All-in-One Printer. It will not work at all. It keeps saying their is an ink problem, but there is all new ink cartridges for both black and color.

You should be able to download the same software that was on that disc from the HP website. However, it sounds like you have a hardware issue, not a driver issue.
