Grapic Card help 5850 or gtx 285

Need some help. Should I go Radeon 5850 for $300ish or save $80 or so going gtx 285?
I dont need it anything other then pure gaming. Arent these two similar when it comes to gaming but the 5850 can go Directx 11. I know there isnt that many gaming this year that uses Directx 11 but one of them does which I really want to get. BattleField BC2

The GTX285 in this scenario was Overclocked as well. Do not skimp on the GPU, DX11/HD5850 all the way.

Also, the HD5870 is $400; the HD5850 is $300.

Not to mention the Gtx 285 is close to the same price as the HD5870. so the 5850 is the better choice

hmm the less the better. but im not TOO picky about running everything on max and big resolution.

A guy is his hd5870 for $300 like new. But he hasnt reply for a week now..

Dunno how good a $300 HD5870 is, though. Just trust what you know with buying from an e-tailor.
