Fan problem

Hello,
I'm sure I am just missing something but i just got a rosewill RFA-120-BL fan and i can not for the life of me figure out how to change the speed it is constantly running at full. My mobo is asrock m3a770de. Any help would be amazing

It's probably because it isn't a PWM fan.
