USB 2.0 IDE/SATA cable/interface - Driver required?

I have a usb 2.0 to IDE cable but when I try to use to recover data from old disks I get a device driver missing message. It used to work automatically until I had to replace my hard disk. Du you know where i can get the driver?

What OS are you using? Usually for Windows7 and vista you don't need drivers. You can try to find drivers from the manufacturer's website.

uSING WINDOWS 7 ON A TOSHIBA L555. iT USE TO WORK AUTOMATICALLY. HOWEVER, i HAD TO REPLACE THE HD AND NOW I GET A DEVICE DRIVER ERROR
