Overclocking your graphics card will only put your graphics card at risk, there should be no downstream ramifications BUT...

thanks and soory did not mention the psu power mine is 450 wat is it good for overclocking ?because i don't want to buy a new one thanks in advance......
Check your PSU through the earlier link - if you can't find it there or the review mentions cross-loading issues, you may want to refrain from overclocking it. If it gets a good review, I wouldn't think there is much to worry about.
