Lost drivers

I just reformated my computer and have a built in ethernet card so after reformating i lost my drivers for the ethernet card. my question is how do i find out what type of card it is? i have looked and see no name or vim # on or around the card. please help

Knowing what motherboard you have would help a lot. You can use CPU-Z to get that info.
