Hello,
I have a P9x79 pro motherboard and a 3930k processor and an h100 corsair cpu fan. I have a problem where the 1 click overclock in the bios (performance mode) will fail. Sometimes it will work for a couple of days but eventually it always fails to shutdown and even after hours of waiting it wont shut down and when i turn it off manually it states overclocking failed. I have the most recent bios updates and everything works fine besides that to my knowledge

I think if you flash the bios it should reset everything to factory default.

Mine worked great. I know nothing about OC and it gave me 29% boost 126.4MHz bus speed. The multiplier jumps between 12 and 37.

After you flash your bios maybe give that a try manually. I have no idea how to do that, but if you do~
