I'm building my first PC. I need a very basic CD/DVD drive. The ability to burn CDs would be nice, but DVDs are irrelevant for me. I've been shopping around and see some for around $20, but most say they don't come with a SATA cable needed to plug them up. Can someone point me to the cheapest basic setup that comes WITH the cable?
