RAM for i5-760 build, advice appreciated

Solution
1) Yes... Lower latency is better than lower voltage.

2) As long as the voltage is below 1.65V, it doesn't matter.

3) I would go with the G.SKILL ECO's over the Mushkin set. They were the "first" with the low voltage memory and they are on the QVL for that motherboard.

I have a few questions.

Would the lower latency of the Mushkin Redline be enough to offset the voltage difference of the G.Skill Eco? There are good reviews for both ram.

Is the higher voltage going to be an issue with the i5-760? I seem to see the general consensus to be to go with the lower voltage ram.

On that subject, which of the two low voltage ram would be better? Mushkin also has a low voltage Blackline so GSkill Eco isn't the only choice.
