AN78GS One Beep Splash Screen - That's all.

Hello,
I have an Abit AN78GS motherboard, when I turn on the machine I get the Abit splash screen and one short beep. Nothing else, the keyboard is not usable, well that may not be true, I cannot use the tab key nor the delete key functions. Cntrl Alt Del does not work either. I've taken the Video Card out and I've switched the memory in, out and around. (Although it isn't giving me the memory error when posting) Any ideas???

the keyboard is not usableif you have a ps2 keyboard to test wit it would help (maybe pressing DEL key repeatedly would get you into the bios setup)
usualy a cmos reset will put the default valeus back it could help
