What g.c. must I purchase in order to play Sims 3 (slot: AGP8x)

I desire to purchase a new graphic card in order to play Sims 3 (!), and if it can Fallout 3, using the following computer:

AMD Athlon XP 2500+, MMX, 3DNow, 1.8Ghz

slot: AGP8x

(current memory: 1024MB)
(current graphic card: Nvidia Geforce 4 MX)

The best cards for AGP 8X are:

Nvidia 7900GS
ATI X1950 PRO
ATI HD3850

The 3850 is much better than the other two, but the other two(might?) do what you ask.

Your CPU and memory might limit what card you might get the most out of. An AGP 4650 might be a solid choice as well.
