Fixing problem during windows xp installation running very slow

Hello, can you help me fix my desktop computer? im having problems installing my windows xp because my desktop is running very slow but i've already check my system and i don't see any problems in it but still it runs very slow even if i'm installing windows xp?

u tried windows 7
u tried another win xp cd
it may be your cd rom weakness
or hdd issue
