When I click on "new post" or "post reply".

This message use to appear a few times. Now it's all the time

I disabled my windows xp firewall, ZoneAlarm, Norton AntiVirus and Norton Personel Firewall and this message still appears and I can't post.

I can't send an e-mail to microsoft because for some reason that doesn't seem to work either.

Do anyone here know why I get that message in newsgroup?
