Why dont you post the rest of your system specs here for us. That's the only way we can give you a good answer.

Otherwise adhere to Tom's "best cards for the money" article published today. Buy whatever you can afford....
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gaming-graphics-card,2544.html

You will likely need to purchase a new power supply to run any of the cards above about the $130-140 mark. (assuming you have the 425w) Corsair, Antec, OCZ and Seasonic are the highest quality PSU brands.

Thank you for your response. I am currently looking at the ATI FIREGL V5600 or V7600 both work with 375w PS. What are your thoughts on these Vs ATI's desktop series bds.

Oh... you are looking for a workstation card? (you should have mentioned that in the title and you may have gotten someone that knows more about them)

Workstation cards are typically pretty overpriced and under-performing, but if you are doing dedicated CAD or something it would make sense.

If its just Adobe--most of the newer programs are optimized to work with normal graphic cards. (although they are still very CPU intensive)
