Both should be about equal, but I'd favor the XFX card because the manufacturer has a better warranty (and in my opinion they make more reliable products).

Performance is equal, but if you end up choosing the xfx don't buy the OC'ed versions as it is not worth the money because it is a mild oc, which can be done in 10 minutes using software live rivatuner.

My GTX 260 and GTS 250 are both XFX, has been problem free, and have double lifetime warranties. As added value, I can resell and the buyer gets a warranty.

It depends on your needed, take XFX for a longer warranty or Sapphire to get a better cooler...
