Will this psu be sufficient for my upgrade?

I was thinking of upgrading instead of a new build and was wondering if my current psu will be sufficient enough. (no OC on anything now or upgrade)
I'm doubting it myself


PSU- Corsair 450vx
Intel core2 6600/2.4
Intel 855perl mb

Upgrading from

8800gts 640 to an ATI 5870
2gb ram to 4gb ram


I'm looking at around a 650 watt psu aren't I?
