MVDDC (Memory Voltage) for Gigabyte 7950

Hello,

I have a Gigabyte 7950 Windforce OC edition. I'm wondering what the MVDDC (memory) voltage should be? I've read a lot of people saying it should be 1.6v but GPU-Z and Afterburner have it set by default at 1.5v.
