Gigabyte Zalman 9700 starts then stops suddenly on Boot Up

Hello,
I am building a box Gigabyte EP45-UD3R, Intel Quasd 9400, XFX GeFOrce 9500, GSkill 2X 2GB 1066 DDR2 memory, Zalman 9700 LED Cooler and Sonata III case. When I boot the computer the Zalman Fan starts and stops suddenly. There is no Image on the monitor.

Any suggestions. I had to loosen the and reseat the fan assembly because it was rubbing against the heatsink. The case fan does work.

em,are all u power connectors hooked up to the board?

could u give us lil more info on ur system specs?

just reseat the ddr memory properly hope it helps
