I'm finally upgrading from my PC i built back in 06, just recently bought i7-860 on sale at micro center. Trying to hit the main points at this time, and wait on things like the graphics card and possibly a new case. looking for input and critique of the system

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Over the coming weeks, not in a rush though

BUDGET RANGE: around 500

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming, media server, surfing the internet, watching movies, etc

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, speakers, OS ,CPU (i7-860- i got a deal i couldn't refuse), GPU - Radeon 4850, possibly case (Antec P180), Monitor

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com , or other similar sites
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES: none

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would like a quiet PC, doesn't have to be dead silent with only heat sinks but I would like it to be as quiet as possible. I plan on upgrading my graphics card when the 5870 comes down to a reasonable price (i know it will be a while).

here's a list of the components i'm considering

CPU Fan:
Scythe MUGEN-2 SCMG-2000
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Cases: I probably wont buy a new one right away, but i've got my eye on this one
ZALMAN MS1000-HS2
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Case Fans:

HD:

if you are not going to sli or crossfire, you should lower the power supply. get the 550w corsair
