I was wondering, is there a eSATA port in the biostar th55bhd motherboard.

And if not is there anyway of adding one, for the front port of my case.

the board does not have a esata port

No, ur mobo doesn't have eSATA port so u need go with something like this:

Both and all that u can fins only works in the back side of the case.
