Did my mobo died?

My desktop pc boot no display no posts but power, red led and fan are ok, cd open and close worked, I tried reset the CMOS, cmos removed battery and removed the RAM & get it back I tried every thing, but the same result.

Mobo or CPU. cpu reset is the first post check.
No beeps, the rom chip is bad, the cpu is bad, the mobo is bad or the speaker is bad or unplugged( last not likely)

I tried reset the CPU got the same result no beeps. I think it's the Mobo
I'll try change the CPU unless I'll get a new Mobo.
