Help New Build Future Proof or Feature rich??

Hey guys im building an i7 setup... iv ordered a i7 950 and a zalman cnps10x extreme now i need to make a choice on my motherboard...
the two boards im looking at are the rampage 2 extreme an the asus p6x58d-e
the rampage is packed with awesome features and extras but lacks the usb3 and sata3 that the p6 has....
so my question to you is should i get the rampage because its the superior mobo or would it be worth future proofing with the p6?
is usb3 and sata3 worth getting?

both boards are of similar price here in S.A

R3200 for rampage
R2900 for p6....

i do plan on some moderate to high end overclocking and both boards overclock like crazy... but rampage 2 would obviosly have the upper hand...

and any suggestions for ram.... corsair dominator cl7 1600 ram looking the best to me at the moment.... g.skill aswell but any advice would be awesome!!!!!

Intels new processors will be coming out shortly making that CPU and motherboard obsolete.. So ti would be "future proof" for a little bit

i already ordered the i7 should be here on wednesday... k so future proofing is out the question... thanks for clearing that up hehehehe! but between those 2 motherboards which would you buy? and why?
