Computer wont recognize mouse

Hello, my computer went wonky..
My mouse cursor wont move around but I can click with it on my laptop. I tried a different mouse and it had the same problem - So the problem is with my computer - not the mouse, But I dont know what's wrong with it

Did you try a usb mouse?
