CPU Temp Uneven?

I'm running an Intel i7-860, and I noticed on core temp that 2 of the cores are always about 5 degrees hotter than the others, even at idle. Does this mean I should reapply my thermal paste? Or is this normal.

Perfectly normal, mine also varies by 3-4 degrees.
