CPU Temp Uneven? Tags: CPUs Last response: April 29, 2010 2:40 PM in CPUs Share mzhang April 28, 2010 8:16:22 PM I'm running an Intel i7-860, and I noticed on core temp that 2 of the cores are always about 5 degrees hotter than the others, even at idle. Does this mean I should reapply my thermal paste? Or is this normal. Thanks.
