Where can I find a replacement HP Pavillion model 573c motherboard?

If not on ebay, then craigslist. I recommend you replace the board with a newer micro atx board or one with the same chipset as your hp. With the same chipset, you can try a windows repair or boot into safe mode and load the motherboard drivers.
