Overclocking the 6850

When overclocking the 6850 my screen gets massive tears or somewhat artifacts? i dont know what to call them
But i only adjust the clock 20 from 775 to 895 and it gets massive tearing when i close and open programs?
my psu is 600w roosewill and 6850xfx radeon

fx 6100 cpu

You also need to increase the voltage.
