Hello,
My XP will not work, i have to shut it down by powering off, then when I turn it back on I just get error messages. Start Normally, just brings another screen of errors...On C file system, File System NTFS. Also, a Modem on Hold just showed up when all this started. I have wireless.

Sounds like you need to reinstall XP.
