What average temps i7 920 oc 4 0

what are normal tempretures for i7 920 when overclocked to 4.0 could anyone give me an average when idle and load using real temp

Give me your idle and load temperatures. You'll want them to be below 60C.

Below 60°C is ideal, below 70°C is still OK, but you really don't want to get any higher, on load.

50 on idle and 60-70 load, is it safe to keep it oc,ed on 4.0, i,m on water but its only a dominoe coolit in a Thermaltake VL1001W2Z case

50ish on idle and between 60 and 70 on load also is it safe to keep it oc,ed to 4.0 this is my setup.

Rampage II gene
2x raptor wd740 HDD
1 seagate barracuda 250
6gb corsair dominator tir channel
9800 gtx+ oc graphics card
Thermaltake VL1001W2Z case
Dominoe coolit water cooling

What do you use to load it? Running prime95 for 15 minutes will make it hit the highest possible temperature it can hit. If it's still below 70C for that, I'd keep the overclock.
