What case would you reccomend?

I'm building a new system, the priorities are firstly noise reduction, second performance, third price.

The system will include:

->Standard ATX mobo & psu.
->2 of these fanless video cards: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125282 10.2" long with at least 1.5" to spare.
->Basic water cooling setup for the cpu
->3 hard drives: 2 SSDs & 1 Seagate 3.5" 7200rpm disk drive.

Additional requirements:
-> The case cannot be a full tower due to space restrictions
-> There must be a clear path for air currents from the front of the case and across the 2 fanless cards.

Case "Preferences":
-> Able to mount a side fan
-> PSU on bottom
-> Power & USB ports @ top

I don't care about things like transparent sides, led color or external design.

Here are the 2 cases I am considering:

So, my questions are:

1) Is the Antec 300 large enough to accommodate my system. If not, would it be able to if the water cooling was replaced with this 155mm tall cpu cooler: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608013

2) Same question for the CM 690II

3) Does it matter where I stick the SSDs? If they use so little power and have no moving parts, then does it matter if I don't give them little or no air flow?

4) A seagate disk drive spinning @ 7200 does, so its different in that sense. Same question, does it need "significant" airflow?

5) For either case I am considering, is it possible to remove either the top or bottom drive cages such that there is more room? If not, then do you know of a case that allows this?

6) For either case I am considering, is it possible to reposition the intake fan(s) from the lower part to the upper part, while moving the dvd/bluray drive to the bottom?

7) Ignoring the 2 cases I am considering, what would your recommendation be for this setup?

I'll take any help I can get, so if you can only answer some of these questions, or none but you have personal experience, please share.
