You can, but one of them needs to be a PCI card. (this is different then PCIe.) You'll be able to run three monitors, but they won't act as one like an AMD Eyefinity setup.

I don't know what Eyefinity does but, i just want to get three DIFFERENT signals. i.e a PowerPoint presentation on projector, a Word page on LCD, and a web browser on another LCD. Will it be ok?

Yes. Put an AGP card in your AGP slot and attach to monitors to it. Then put in a PCI card in one of your PCI slots. Attach third monitor to it.
