Question...
I have received the unlock code for my MPX220 from Cingular. When I boot up
the phone, I enter the 8 digit unlock code. Next, is NEW PIN and REENTER
PIN...so I chose a new 4 digit PIN. When I press DONE, it says, Not
Supported on this SIM.

Do you have access to a SIM from another carrier to test to see if did
unlock it?

I don't. When I put in my sim it says: Network PUK....I don't want to try
another number otherwise I'll be locked out. I called Cingular and of
course, I get the runaround yet again. I am so lost. I'll try to get another
sim from a friend this weekend.

Go visit your local Cingular Corporately owned location. They can look up
your SIM and IMEI numbers and give you the proper PUK code within mins.
